Q: “Are the dogs crated during the day”? |
|
| |
A: No. Loving Care is a cage free environment. We encourage the dogs to socialize. We do segregate the dogs according to size, age, demeanor, breed. If we notice that a dog is tired and needs to rest, we will bring the dog indoors. Loving Care is air-conditoned. |

Q: “Who watches the dogs”? |
|
| |
A: Loving Care has full-time attendants for our Daycare and Boarding customers. The ratio is about 12-1 (dogs to attendant). We provide toys, swimming pools (weather permitting) and fresh water. Treats are not given. We also provide a safe and secure environment. |

Q: “Do I need to make an appointment for Daycare?” |

A: Prior phone calls are nice, but no appointments for Daycare are necessary. If it is your first visit, we will need access to your dog’s shot records (rabies, parvo, bortadella). |
